These terms apply to A New Beginning, operated by Quadrinel. Please read them before making a contribution.

About the site

A New Beginning is a coming soon page. Contributions support the project described on the page. They are voluntary and do not purchase a product, service, membership, equity interest, guaranteed benefit, or tax deduction. No physical item is shipped or delivered.

Contributions

You may choose a whole rupee amount between ₹10 and ₹1,00,000. Payments are made in Indian rupees through Razorpay. Please check the amount before authorizing payment and use a payment method you are permitted to use. Razorpay’s checkout shows the payment methods available to you and applies its own terms.

Payment confirmation

We treat a contribution as complete only after Razorpay confirms that it was captured. A closed browser, interrupted connection, or delayed message on this page does not by itself establish whether you were charged. Please check the payment status with your payment provider or Razorpay and quote the Razorpay payment ID when seeking support. Do not repeat a payment merely because an on-screen confirmation is missing.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel before authorizing payment by closing the checkout. A captured payment cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. That policy includes the request and processing timelines.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We may change or suspend the coming soon page or contribution feature. We will not treat a failed or unconfirmed payment as a completed contribution.
