Quadrinel operates A New Beginning. This policy explains what happens to information when you browse the site or make a voluntary contribution.

Payment processing

When you choose to contribute, our server temporarily handles the amount and Razorpay order and payment identifiers to create and verify the payment. Payment details you enter in checkout go to Razorpay, which processes and retains them under its own Privacy Policy. Razorpay makes transaction records available to Quadrinel for payment support, reconciliation, and refunds. We do not receive or store your full payment instrument details.

Website hosting

Netlify hosts this website and its payment verification functions. Like other hosting providers, Netlify may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the site. Netlify describes its own privacy practices in its Privacy Statement.

Cookies and other services

We do not set an account or marketing cookie through this site. Razorpay checkout may use its own cookies or similar technology to process and secure a payment. Following links to Razorpay or Netlify takes you to their services and policies.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we use the details you provide to answer your question or handle a payment issue. Those messages may be retained by our email or phone provider for support and recordkeeping; they are not stored in this website’s database.
